Peter S Camp

A recognized RPA Thought Leader. His primary role is to provide direction for the company and its RPA Partners. He is constantly exploring ways to maximize the capabilities of RPA and how it can provide its greatest impact. Previous to starting CampTek Software, he spent over 15 years developing and supporting RPA Applications. Having built a cloud-based RPA Application, he understands the building blocks and methods a software robot needs to automate an application. In addition to his technical background, Peter is a huge music fan who loves to play tennis and snowboard. Peter graduated from the University of Vermont with a concentration in Management of Information Systems.

Mihai Cerbu

Mihai Cerbu has been the Senior RPA Developer and Solution Architect at CampTek Software since 2018. With a strong engineering background, Mihai has self-taught his way to becoming an expert in RPA development and architecture. He excels in evaluating and analyzing top-tier automation technologies, bringing a pragmatic approach to solving customer problems. Mihai is also leading the company’s efforts in adopting AI technology. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, fine dining, and watching mystery shows on Netflix.

Bob DiSciullo

Bob is dedicated to helping businesses succeed with their Intelligent Automation and AI strategies. His strategic approach enables customers to realize significant value and make informed decisions about their business processes. Continuously focused on innovative business models and product offerings, Bob drives customer success, sales growth, business development, strategic alliances, and overall market expansion. As a key leader at CampTek Software, Bob contributed to the company’s recognition in Inc. Magazine’s 5,000 fastest-growing companies in 2024. Bob has over 20 years of experience in Software, SaaS and managed service sales. Some of his previous roles include VP of Sales, Regional Sales Director, and Founding Partner. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fitchburg State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, engaging in various outdoor activities, and playing Men’s League hockey.

Amy Wooldridge

Amy Woolridge oversees the customer success program at CampTek Software, ensuring that customer needs are efficiently addressed. Since 2003, she has gained extensive experience in various roles, including customer success management, staff management, operations, project management, intercultural relations, employer relations, international education and advising, and case management. Amy holds a master’s degree in intercultural relations from Lesley University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, experiencing live music, and spending time with family and friends.

Joyce Zhang

Joyce Zhang, who joined CampTek in February 2023, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in transforming the company’s Project Management and Customer Delivery operations. In her expanded role as Chief Operating Officer, Joyce will be responsible for overseeing CampTek’s day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company’s continued growth and success. Her deep understanding of process optimization, coupled with her extensive experience in RPA delivery, Project Management, and Operations, makes her ideally suited for this leadership position. Joyce holds a master’s degree in supply chain management and operations from UT Dallas and has a proven track record as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager. Since joining CampTek, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, enhancing customer delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation. Beyond her professional achievements, Joyce is an active member of the CrossFit community, enjoys watching documentaries, and loves to travel the world with her husband. Her favorite destinations include Japan, New Zealand, and Africa, where she has embarked on annual safari adventures since 2022, reflecting her deep commitment to animal welfare.
